Clean Smoke solid particle filter
Developing the future of combustion without harmful emissions
Clean Smoke Particle Filter
We are pleased to present our advanced project that will revolutionize the management of particulate matter generated during the combustion of solid fuels such as biomass. We are developing a filtration system that can be easily integrated into existing chimney systems. This innovative system uses electrostatic precipitator (ESP) technology, which effectively removes fine particulate matter (PM) from flue gases by means of electrostatic force.
Our system is designed modularly, allowing flexible use across different devices and capacities. In addition, it will include an advanced control and electronic system enabling real-time data capture, transmission, collection and analysis, allowing you to monitor filter status and optimize performance.
The project includes the development of:
a high-quality filter housing,
an advanced ionization chamber,
data acquisition and analysis systems,
electronic circuitry and control system,
software and data processing algorithms.
Through this project, we will improve the environmental sustainability and efficiency of your chimney systems. We are also conducting extensive testing, certification and validation to ensure the highest quality and reliability of our product.
